This three-phase synchronous motor is specifically designed for use with reciprocating compressors. It complies with GB755, JB/T8667.1, and IEC standards, offering a compact design, high efficiency, low noise, minimal vibration, and high reliability with ease of maintenance. The motor operates at rated voltages of 3000V, 6000V, or 10,000V with a frequency of 50 Hz (60 Hz options available upon request). The duty cycle is S1 (continuous), with a power factor of 0.9 (leading).
The motor can be configured with or without a shaft and pedestal bearings, depending on the compressor structure. The protection class is IP00, with upgrades available, and cooling is IC01 (open type) or other options upon request. Stator and rotor windings use B-class or F-class insulation materials, treated with VPI technology for excellent insulation performance, moisture resistance, and extended service life. Temperature monitoring devices can be installed on critical components upon user request.
This motor is primarily used for driving reciprocating air compressors and can also be applied to pumps, fans, and other general-purpose machinery.
