Three-phase synchronous electric motor for mills, JM-SM-DMK series

This three-phase synchronous motor is designed for driving large equipment in mining mills, such as ball mills, rod mills, and coal mills, making it widely used in the mining industry. The motor is suitable for indoor environments at altitudes up to 1000 meters and cooling medium temperatures not exceeding 40°C, with no presence of corrosive gases. The rated voltage is 6000V, with options for 3000V or 10,000V available upon request, a rated frequency of 50 Hz, and a power factor of 0.9 (leading).
The motor features a robust frame welded from steel plates and is equipped with either open natural ventilation or fully enclosed duct ventilation. The stator is made of low-loss silicon steel sheets and insulated with B-class or F-class materials, treated using VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technology for excellent insulation performance, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance. The rotor poles are made of stamped steel and equipped with high-quality insulated coils for reliable operation.
The motor is fitted with a thyristor excitation system and supports full-voltage direct starting or reduced-voltage starting to accommodate various power grid conditions. For enhanced safety and monitoring, temperature sensors can be installed on critical components such as stator windings and bearings. This motor is specifically designed for challenging operational conditions in large-scale mill drive systems, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
