Three-phase asynchronous electric motor with frequency regulation for rolling mills, JM-AM-BFJ series

This motor is specially designed to drive equipment requiring speed regulation, such as pumps, fans, hoists, and rolling mills. It is widely used in industries such as steel, metallurgy, light industry, textiles, chemicals, petroleum, and construction.
The motor’s power ranges from 200 kW to 1400 kW, with 6 or 8 poles, a rated voltage of 690V (optional 380V or 660V), a rated frequency of 50Hz, and a frequency range of 0 to 100Hz.
The motor features a cast-iron cylindrical ribbed housing for stability and reliability. The stator uses F-class insulation materials, processed with VPI vacuum pressure impregnation technology, providing excellent insulation, mechanical strength, and moisture resistance. The rotor can be made of aluminum or copper, using advanced centrifugal casting or welding technologies.
The motor has an IP55 protection rating and an IC416 cooling system. An independent cooling fan is installed at the non-drive end, ensuring sufficient airflow and pressure during low-frequency operation. Built-in features include stator and bearing temperature sensors, an anti-moisture heater, and an encoder, with additional protection options available upon request.
