The variable frequency permanent magnet drive system is based on permanent magnet and frequency conversion technology. It includes a permanent magnet synchronous motor, frequency converter, PLC-based control unit, and closed-loop water cooling system.
Key features of the system:
1. High efficiency and power factor
– Permanent magnet rotor with no copper losses, efficiency > 95%, 2-5% higher than traditional asynchronous motors;
– System efficiency reaches 92%, significantly saving energy;
– Low-speed direct drive with no gearbox or hydraulic coupling, eliminating intermediate mechanical losses.
2. Maintenance-free system
– The motor has no wear-prone components like slip rings or carbon brushes;
– Innovative design ensures less than 20% demagnetization over 20 years;
– Low-speed operation minimizes vibration and noise (<85 dB).
3. Flexible control with frequency conversion
– Full torque output at zero speed, with a maximum starting torque of 2.2 times the rated torque;
– Starting current less than 1.2 times the rated current, with no pulsating spikes, protecting mechanical components and the power grid.

– Edge-driven drum mills
No gearbox; motor is directly connected to the pinion, ensuring high energy efficiency and reliability.
